I got Elementalist as my second profession, apparently it was the one I had chosen from the list anyway so I was already on my way which was helpful.
Only problem now is that this reminded me a bit of Dragon Age so made me load that back up as I barely started it and now that will take all of my time lol

The one you choose from the list just gives you a map pointer to the trainer.

What I meant was it doesn't lock you into that choice, only when you've actually taken the profession is it permanent (until ascension). I usually do all the trainer quests before deciding, to get the XP, though it really isn't needed unless you plan on staying in Ascalon to grind the level 20 title.

Yeah with this just being the trial as well I'm not too bothered. When I get the full game though I'll take your advise and try each of them first.
