So I've just found this
It's a streaming of pokémon Red/Blue where the character is controlled by commands in the chat stream. This means thousands of viewers (currently 15,000+) are all playing the same game. I've just been on there for 10 minutes and we managed to deposit and withdraw 2 pokémon, withdraw a potion (guessing the original one you get in the pc) and leave without healing our pokémon. Now we're back in the Pokémon centre but still haven't healed... Somehow they're in Vermillion city with a level 29 charmeleon called JBKNNOOOOO or something. It's mental.
(in post update) we've spoken to nurse joy about 10 times without healing - oh wait, finally healed! We're on our way to a 3rd badge... or a corner of the map to spin left and right and open the start menu 50 times.
