Season 4 continues tonight in America and tomorrow on UK TV.
Who watches this? I got into it a couple of months ago and loved it. I found things were starting to get quite stale though with being in the prison for so long but I am glad things are moving forward now (I haven't read the comics so I don't know where things are 'meant' to go).
There is just something about zombie type things that interests me...

Did you not find it was starting to get almost 'boring' when they were in the prison for so long?

I didn't, no...if you look as it as a normal drama...they never change locations, so the location of the show doesn't get boring for me.

I watch it on Netflix so I'm always about 12 months behind with the show. Season 4 probably won't appear on there until the end of the year but on the plus side there's no waiting between episodes.

I might try and catch up eventually but about half way through season 3 I just gave up watching weekly.

I finished Season 3 a while ago just never got round to part 1 of season 4 as I'm knee deep in Chuck at the moment.

Such a good show.....it's one that mostly aired when I was at Uni so I missed it as a result.

Chuck is awesome.
I like The Walking Dead and I definitely don't agree with the prison being boring at any point. I did think it started to get a bit stale on the farm with that search for Sophia going on for so long but after that it was fine again. I'm very interested to see how it will continue to deviate from the comics.

Seems I am in the minority. Rez raises an excellent point that most shows don't change location a lot and I enjoy plenty of them so why do I feel like this? There is just something about the Walking Dead that feels different to me, maybe I just WANT to see more of the world they are in, what has become of it etc. I never got super bored of it in the prison if that makes sense, I just felt like it was starting to get a bit stale like in the farm house. Excited to watch tonights ep tomorrow though! (I'm working nights this week)

Testing.... do we have spoiler tags? Episode 9: I thought Rick was actually dead for a minute there... why didn't he wake up? Pretty good episode I think but Carl still irritates the hell out of me. I think the actor has it right, playing it overly cocky even when he's fucking everything up... at least there was a redemption for him at the end when he broke down in front of Rick.

Did you not find it was starting to get almost 'boring' when they were in the prison for so long? I found the farm much more boring...the tension during the whole prison of episodes was incredible and the single best actor in the world Andrew Lincoln really excelled himself.
