I think that Wind Waker and Earthbound will probably be the games I'll get for now then. Im still not entirely sure on Super Mario 3D World. ReZourceman What was it that disappointed you about Mario?

Wii U just arrived so I've set it up and am just downloading the update. Estimate says it will take about 1hr 30 though so I guess it'll still be a while before I can create a new NNID.

Just started playing Wind Waker HD. Certainly does look gorgeous. I can see why some people complain about the amount of bloom used though. I need to play more to decide myself, on the one hand it does look a bit too much but on the other it actually mixes quite well with the ocean and island environment, making it look very sunny and hot.

Played a couple of demos
Sonic Lost World
Seemed to look nice enough but as I figured from the trailers, I dont really like the way it plays or the level design. I can't see myself buying it.
Wonderful 101
I love the design of the game but I dont think the gameplay is for me. Feels a bit Pikminny mixed with hack and slash.
I was pretty disappointed with the amount of demos on the eShop though. Feels like maybe 3 or 4 new ones since the last time I logged on!

So people who have played Wind Waker before, how far would you say I am into the game? I have just finished the part where Tetra is revealed to be Princess Zelda.

It's been a lot of years since I played WW and I don't remember everything about it but I'm going to guess that you've got quite a way to go yet.

I never completed it. I got near to the end, or so I gather, but one of the final tasks you need to do is a bit tedious. Always been kind of annoyed with myself for not finishing it.

I was never a big Zelda fan growing up so either didn't play them at all or only stuck with them for a few hours. A Link Between Worlds was the first one I actually completed. I might get A Link to the Past on the VC at some point once I've finished Earthbound.

I was going to leave Earthbound until after I finish Wind Waker but I think it might be a nice game to play while I'm lying in bed and don't want to be playing games on the TV screen.

Ok I took a break from this for a few days and now I cant remember what I am supposed to do next, this game needs a quest journal!
I should now be hunting for the Triforce pieces and have gotten Tingle's map but had no luck at those locations yet and I went to one of the highlighted parts of my regular map but it was just one of those stone heads that I cant lift yet. What am I missing?
